Bamboo Bicycle Club is seeking a paid advertising specialist to help increase sales of our sustainable DIY bamboo bicycle frame kits. We've sold 200 gravel lugged kits over the past two years and need someone to create and manage effective ad campaigns to reach our niche audience. International freelancers welcome. What You'll Do - Create and manage targeted paid advertising campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Google, and cycling-related websites - Develop audience targeting strategies to reach cycling enthusiasts and sustainability-minded DIYers - Design and optimize high-converting ad creatives and copy - Implement conversion tracking and provide detailed performance reports - Maximize ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) with our limited budget - A/B test different value propositions and messaging to find what resonates best - Set up retargeting campaigns to capture interested prospects Required Experience - 2 years paid advertising experience with specialty/niche products - Proven track record managing Facebook and Google ad campaigns - Experience with precise audience targeting and custom audiences - Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution - Data-driven approach with focus on measurable results - Familiarity with cycling culture and/or sustainable products - Excellent English communication skills Additional Details - Budget structure: Base payment: £200-300/month for ad management services Ad spend: £700-800/month Tiered commission: - 8% on all verified sales directly attributed to ads (up to 4 units monthly) - 12% on sales between 5-8 units monthly - 15% on all sales beyond 8 units monthly Monthly cap: £1,200 total (base commission) - Contract: 3 months initial with potential extension - Availability for occasional calls during UK business hours required To Apply Please include: 1.
