Job Title: Electrician
Pay: £24 an hour
Temp to Perm
Monday-Friday 07:30-17:00
Location: Middlesbrough
Main Duties include:
* Install, maintain, and repair street lighting, including wiring, fixtures, and feeder pillars.
* Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in street lighting.
* AM2 qualification, as well as 2391, since the person who fills this role will need to be our NICEIC Supervisor.
* Schedule inspections and test and inspect to BS7671.
* Operate mobile elevated work platforms to access lighting equipment at heights.
* Respond to emergency lighting issues, restoring service promptly to minimize disruption.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including materials used.
* Test and inspect electrical systems in compliance with BS 7671 and perform tasks like SWA jointing and installing cutouts.
* Participate in emergency call-out rota.
