The Role:
As the B2B Lead of Direct Engagement UKI, you are an ambitious, driven business leader who is seeking to lead the B2B high touch account team and drive revenue growth in the region. You will be part of a team responsible for further developing the end customer business and support the B2B business strategy across commercial channels.
You will lead a team of experienced Direct Engagement high touch Account Managers across the UKI region. This position reports to the B2B Lead of Direct Engagement EU, and is accountable for the quota retirement in the UKI region.

In this role, you will:
1. Be accountable for the performance of Top Key Named Accounts, as well as Enterprise Target Accounts, achieving assigned targets within the region and team.
2. Hold responsibility for forecasting, reporting, account planning, customer satisfaction in the UKI customer landscape.
3. Implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Logitech’s B2B opportunities with end customer business.
4. Focus on UKI top corporate end users.
5. Engage with MSFT, Google and Zoom teams (Alliances).
6. Drive the EU B2B strategy across the region and ensure the teams understand the end-to-end strategy and plan.
7. Business development by identifying cross & up-selling opportunities within key customer portfolios.
8. Ensure the team maintains an accurate project pipeline in Salesforce at all times with the relevant coverage.
9. Be a strong Leader, sales coach and role model for our Direct Engagement high touch Account Managers.
Your skills:

2. Strong experience in direct people management, ability to recruit, motivate, enable, and develop talent across the region.
3. Proven track record of exceeding your sales targets in an Enterprise sales environment.
4. Proven experience in a 2-tier sales model, operations, partnerships, and BD, particularly in IT or UCC, with a proven track record of successful growing businesses.
5. Experience in leading or running a Sales unit.
6. Demonstrated achievements within highly ambitious sales/growth/operations environments.
7. Strong strategic instincts, negotiating skills, and analytical rigor.
8. Excellent relationship-building and maintenance skills with customers.
9. Empathy for your target customer and your co-workers.
10. Knowledge of the video collaboration and B2B IT peripherals market, industry and familiarity.
11. A working knowledge of industry practices, competitive products and research data.
12. Understanding of market trends, assumptions and practices and policies.
