Accounts Administrator We are seeking to hire an experienced Accounts Administrator who has come from a SME environment or similar background. This is a pivotal role within our company, you will support the company through having responsibility for the overall finance duties and you will ensure that all processes are running smoothly. You will be working with alongside the owner and working closely to maintain our high levels of service. - Management of the company bank account, along with bank reconciliation - VAT Returns - Liaison with third party external advisors - All month end duties, customer statements, creditors payments, payroll - Sales & purchase invoicing, debt management & credit control The successful applicant will manage the finance function, provide an efficient management accounting service, keep all financial systems under review & promote our high standard of financial control. You must be methodical, efficient, articulate, and professional with a high level of discretion. To be considered applicants must be experienced in a similar role within a SME business. Experience with SAGE 50 Accounting System is essential. This role will be over 3 days a week (3 hours a day) based at our Basingstoke office.
