The Product Management and Innovation team at this Insurance firm is a global unit dedicated to expanding our Roadside Assistance line of business. They achieve this by activating new distribution channels, developing innovative products, and forming strategic partnerships. They aim to enhance customer experiences and drive growth in the UK and Ireland markets. Your Role As the Local Product Manager and Innovation Expert for Roadside Assistance, you will: Leverage Local Market Knowledge: Utilise your expertise in the UK and Ireland markets to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive developments in insurance and assistance products. Drive Strategic Planning: Implement localised strategies for our Roadside Assistance services. Identify untapped market opportunities and support global projects. Share best practices with global line-of-business management. Lead Product Development: Contribute to global product designs, ensuring they meet local market needs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Networks, IT, Sales, Underwriting/Pricing) for product implementation. Monitor customer satisfaction and usage to enhance the customer experience. Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Deploy our value proposition across the UK and Ireland. Adapt central marketing campaigns to engage customers and encourage product utilisation. Develop and implement local partnerships aligned with our global strategy. Lead business communications through traditional, online, and social media channels. Enable Sales Success: Support and co-lead tender phases by crafting compelling value propositions. Collaborate with local operations, underwriting, and sales teams. Develop sales materials, provide training, generate leads, and manage media communications. Coordinate Country Activities: Work with other product managers to ensure consistent delivery across regions. Provide feedback and reports to the global team. What We're Looking For Educational Background: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Experience: 5 years in Marketing, Sales, Operations, or Underwriting. Prior experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable. Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of insurance and assistance products, especially in Roadside Assistance. Strategic mindset with excellent analytical skills. Passion for innovation, technology, and digitalisation. High customer orientation with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
