A leader in Care Homes based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
Your new role
This role will primarily be responsible for day-to-day financial processing.
Duties will include, but not be limited to;
* Processing financial transactions
* Purchase orders
* Debtors
* Supplier payments
* Client billing
* Client and vendor transactions
* Bank reconciliation
* Credit control
* Purchase ledger
* Respond and answer to queries from internal/external customers
* Accurate maintenance of all ledgers
What you'll need to succeed
* You will be an ambitious, self-motivated person with an eye for detail and deadlines.
* You will have previous experience in a similar role to hit the ground running.
* Proven ability to adhere to deadlines
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Access & Sage
* Strong oral and written communication and good interpersonal skills
* A passion for personal growth and a drive to succeed
What you'll get in return
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week over five days.
