We are recruiting for an established civil engineering contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major local authority civil engineering project.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of working on major civil engineering projects upon application and provide references to support their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily management of the project, including site team and all sub-contractors
* Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
* Work closely with QS to monitor costs and project budgets
* Production of Master Programme in conjunction with the Planner
* Chair weekly client liaison and progress meetings
* Manage quality and ensure project specifications are met
Qualifications & Person Specification:
Applicants must have the following to be considered for this role:
* HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering
* CITB SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* Environmental & H&S Awareness
* Suitable applicants will be proactive, professional, and a strong team player
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
