We have a new opportunity to join our Head Office Team at Pavers as a Trade Compliance Coordinator. This is a part-time role (24 hours per week) and will be based at our York Head Office, Northminster Business Park. This role sits within our newly formed Trade Compliance Department, established due to growth in international trade. You will be responsible for providing clearance instructions to appointed UK brokers and couriers, and in some cases completing customs entries directly using in-house software. You’ll ensure we remain compliant with HMRC regulations by completing and reviewing customs documentation, maintaining accurate records on our tracking systems, and keeping everything organised. You’ll also liaise regularly with internal teams including, but not limited to, Supply Chain, Logistics, Buying, and Quality, to ensure all relevant information is gathered, validated, and processed correctly and on time. The role will ideally suit an individual with strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail. We would also welcome applications from International Business or Logistics graduates looking for their first role in the industry. With the department focused on international trade, a second language would be beneficial (e.g. Chinese, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish).
