Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Private Nurse Phlebotomist to join our team in Cobham. The ideal candidate will be experienced in phlebotomy and able to run daily phlebotomy clinics.
Responsibilities
1. Run Phlebotomy clinics.
2. Perform routine 12 lead ECG to send to diagnostic company.
3. Answer enquiries from the patients regarding blood tests.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
6. Uphold infection control measures and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients.
Skills
1. Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices.
2. Proficient understanding of anatomy and physiology to perform phlebotomy.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
4. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Empathy and compassion towards patients, demonstrating a commitment to their well-being.
6. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to function independently when required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £17,355.00-£24,262.43 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
Schedule:
1. Monday to Friday.
Experience:
1. Phlebotomy: 2 years (preferred).
