NSS has seen huge growth over the last 12 months, both in revenue and resource. To support the business in the next stage of our expansion plans were looking for forward thinking, hardworking individuals to join our Customer Service department within the cleaning division, managing our purchase order lifecycle. This is a very crucial part of our team.
Your job will include:
4. Ensure all Cleaning customers/contracts have a valid Purchase order in place
5. Ensure the Operational system is holding accurate customer information
6. Enforce the PO process and communicate with relevant departments
7. Take responsibility for managing the whole purchase order lifecycle
8. Manage the Additions and Reductions mailbox
9. Chase expiring purchase orders directly with customers
10. Escalate purchase orders issues to senior management
11. Provide stakeholders with regular update on the purchase order status

Experience / Personal Attributes Required:
22. A proven track record working in a similar role
23. Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems
24. Excellent attention to detail
25. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
26. The ability to prioritise tasks and workload
