Your Role:
To provide operational support that can be deployed to deliver remedial and proactive tasks.
To survey PP-R pipework systems to identify quantity of repairs required.
To deliver repairs to the prescribed programme.
To immediately escalate critical failures or incidents that may impact the repair programme.
To maintain repair progress records.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: NVQ 3 in plumbing/ City and Guild or equivalent, Aquatherm Installer – Electrofusion and Thermal-fusion and Mapress SS Installation.
Experience: Proven experience of working for a medium/large Facilities Management Organisation, proven experience maintaining industrial and commercial wet systems and proven experience maintaining, commissioning and bringing into service PP-R pipework systems.
Skills: A customer focused, proactive ‘can do’ attitude with a flexible approach to working. A strong team player with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to follow processes and procedures.
Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence is desirable
Physically fit: The role is physically demanding as it requires the individual to work within small confined spaces
