Head of Brand Marketing – Fintech
£125k base + bonus + benefits

Salt is working with a global giant in the trading world who are a FTSE listed company. They are on the search for a proactive and entrepreneurial Head of Brand with fintech knowledge and ideally experience working in a scale up.
The suitable candidate will have experience managing a marketing budget c£10m and will have strong experience in campaign delivery.
Responsibilities:
Working with the Marketing Director and agency partners you will contribute to:
1. Curating and developing the Brand Strategy, defining their positioning, messaging and identity across all touchpoints.
2. Develop and execute the campaign planning for the brand, driving this through the full funnel and throughout the customer journey.
3. Manage x2 Marketing Manager and the agency relationship.
4. Plan and manage the multi-million pound media budget.
5. Collaborate with the Marketing leadership team to support in helping to achieve commercial targets.

6. Strong Brand experience within Fintech
7. Ideally have scale-up experience
8. Strong communicator
9. Analytical mindset
