F/T Permanent HR Officer required for Dungannon. Duties will include: Provide professional HR support and advice to all staff across the company. Assist the HR Manager with strategic plans and ongoing organisational development impacting human resources. Support the development and improvement of HR processes, including: staff attendance, performance reviews, recruitment and selection and learning and development. Assist in maintaining independent accreditations (e.g., ISO9001). Issue, collate, and monitor the internal HR Satisfaction Survey. Draft and review job descriptions and person specifications for recruitment. Prepare recruitment advertisements for local and national platforms. Conduct staff interviews as required. Monitor employee recruitment to ensure compliance with Article 52 and Article 55. Issue offer letters, employment contracts, and related documentation. Conduct HR inductions for new employees. Assist in developing training programs for new and existing employees. Track completion of probationary reviews for new employees. Update organisation charts and employee statistics with starters and leavers. Log completed performance appraisals and report any delays to the HR Manager. Maintain corporate, departmental, and individual learning logs with training updates. Coordinate and book training courses as per approved requests. Distribute and collect training evaluation sheets post-training. Provide guidance to staff on HR, industrial relations, and employment law. Maintain and update the HR Information System Stay informed on employment legislation changes, HR best practices, and case law. Undertake additional duties as required, in line with business needs Essential Criteria: Minimum of 2 years experience working in an HR department in a similar role within manufacturing. CIPD Level 3 would be advantageous. 4 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths, or equivalent. Competency in MS Office. Demonstrable experience in handling staff inquiries such as holiday calculations and maternity queries. Ability to organize and prioritise workload. Ability to work on own initiative. Ability to build relationships easily. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience monitoring staff for recruitment exercises. Ability to work overtime when required. Desirable: 3 years of experience in an HR role. CIPD qualification. Experience conducting interviews, chairing disciplinary meetings, delivering training to staff and management. Experience organising the workload of others or working on specific HR projects. Completed FEC returns (52 & 55) Possession of a clean, current driving license.
