About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Lecturer in Psychology to join our team at Tower Hill Campus. This role will report to the Senior Lecturer in Psychology and play a key role in delivering engaging, innovative teaching while supporting students in their academic and career development.
1. Deliver engaging and dynamic lectures
2. Lead and develop modules
3. Oversee assessment marking, design authentic assessments, and provide high-quality feedback.
4. Contribute to programme development, aligning courses with industry trends and employer needs.
5. Provide academic guidance and support, enhancing student success and engagement.
6. Drive innovation in teaching methods, student support, and assessment techniques.
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced psychology educator who has:
1. An MSc or equivalent qualification in Psychology, with Graduate Basis for Chartership (GBC) recognised by the British Psychological Society (BPS).
2. Experience in teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
3. A track record of successfully contributing to programme teams and being an inspiring and creative lecturer.
4. AdvanceHE Recognition (FHEA).
