About the opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing safety protocols, ensuring quality standards, and developing new methodologies within our laboratories. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support for laboratory-based teaching and research activities, ensuring that our laboratories are maintained to a high standard. This role involves applying detailed technical skills and knowledge to support the successful delivery of teaching and research programmes. Areas of responsibility: Barony teaching laboratory. Laboratories in the Dairy Nexus building, including analytical lab, dairy technology unit and biorefining lab. Portable milk processing equipment associated with the Dairy Maker Space project.
