Location: Newcastle
Salary: £28,000 - £43,685 per annum (MPS/UPS, dependent on experience)
⏰ Start Date: ASAP or January 2024
Contract: Full-time, ongoing
Your Role as a PE Teacher:
* Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may also be available).
* Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and a love for sports through dynamic and varied activities.
* Plan and assess lessons to ensure all students progress, regardless of their ability level.
* Contribute to extracurricular sports activities, events, and competitions that enrich school life.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): or equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification.
* Subject Expertise: A strong background in Physical Education and knowledge of the curriculum.
* Experience: A proven ability to motivate students or a desire to develop as an inspiring PE teacher.
* Skills: Energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to fostering a positive attitude toward health and fitness.
