Job summary The post holder will be a nursing leader in the Emergency Department, ensuring that quality and safety are delivered within the clinical environment. Strong leadership is expected to ensure that local and national standards are met and maintained. You will work within a senior nursing team and provide support and supervision to Emergency Department staff. To ensure that access to and provision of healthcare services is enhanced by the development of effective recruitment and retention practices.
