Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records and update client data in real-time. Prepare and submit payrolls and returns to HMRC deadlines. Ensure compliance with HMRC legislation and statutory payments. Administer client pension schemes and ensure timely submissions. Manage client expectations and provide excellent customer service. Perform year-end activities, including P60 distribution. Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Skills & Experience: Accuracy and attention to detail. Professional and organized approach to work. Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines. Self-motivated with excellent communication and numeracy skills.
