This role is key to both the growth of the Leeds Digital Delivery Hub (DDH) and the wider FCA digital transformation. It will play a pivotal part in the ongoing delivery of key products within the hub, helping to shape the digital delivery strategy, ensuring that the development of new services and that the evolution of existing ones align with the FCA's broader goals. The role will ensure that the DDH delivers and adheres to best practices, continuously drives the department’s evolution, and fosters excellence in digital delivery, incorporating Agile and DevOps principles. Environment Management Strategy: Oversee DDH environment usage, ensuring efficient, compliant, and auditable software releases while optimising development environments to align with business needs Managing Environment Availability: Maximise environment uptime, coordinate planned downtimes, and collaborate across product groups to minimize conflicts and maintain continuous delivery Cross-Platform Release Coordination: Act as the key coordinator for releases, aligning resources and stakeholders while ensuring smooth, efficient, and well-managed cross-platform deployments Strategic Leadership & Development: Drive the Digital Release Management vision, ensuring compliance with operational standards and contributing to the FCA’s digital transformation goals Mentoring & Capability Building: Provide mentorship, oversight, and escalation support to ensure smooth release processes, remove delivery blockers, and foster continuous improvement Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to industry standards and FCA policies, maintain auditable release trails, and manage disaster recovery exercises to strengthen business continuity What will you get from the role?
