The Role ARL is seeking skilled and energetic Finance Manager to assist next stage of growth - a new position that will be instrumental in shaping new finance function. Bookkeeping and accounting (Xero) is currently outsourced - we intend to bring in-house 1st half of 2025 - this will include recruitment of bookkeeper reporting to Finance Manager. ARL successfully implemented ERP package (Priority) in 2023 - but financial functionality not yet implemented. In 2025 ARL will complete the finance implementation moving from Xero to Priority - Finance Manager working closely with CFO will be critical to this project.
