Multidisciplinary Collaboration : Work closely with nurses, psychologists, and therapists to deliver holistic, patient-centered care during daily ward rounds. Treatment Planning : Contribute to creating individualized care plans, supporting patients as they navigate their recovery process. What We’re Looking For: Medical Qualifications : You’ll have an MBBS or equivalent medical degree with full GMC registration. Relevant Experience : Experience in adult inpatient mental health services is highly desirable, particularly with patients in acute psychiatric settings. Strong Clinical Skills : You must have solid clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans.
