Key Skills:
* Strong knowledge of PC and laptop hardware.
* Experience with Windows Desktop and Server operating systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 support and usage.
* Familiarity with security tools like antivirus, EDR, spam, and web filtering.
* Basic understanding of networking (DHCP, DNS, etc.).
* A strong focus on security best practices.
* Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record in customer-facing roles.
