What is the job?
As a Commercial Performance Administrator you will be responsible for gathering financial and operational data about the organisation and ensuring all information is logged in the relevant databases. The Commercial Administrator provides security to the business ensuring that all data is recorded in a secure place, which helps the Commercial team to analyse the data and make key operational decisions that drive the company in a positive financial direction.
The preparation of delivery data is critical to ensure the business captures the correct revenue but also provides the Finance team with information they can be confident to use directly. Working in collaboration with other departments ensuring each contract is tracked ensuring invoicing is completed with no errors.
You will also provide support to the Commercial Performance Manager on ad-hoc tasks.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Your key areas of responsibility are the following, please note this is not exhaustive:
* LT management for various contracts
* - Daily update of tickets
- Creation of tickets for weekly fuel orders
- Ensuring revenue is captured correctly
* Customer monthly invoicing
- Ensure all monthly tonnages are reconciled
- Correct revenue is assigned to each load
- Manage the sign off process between various departments
* Weekly KPI Reports
- Assist in providing the business various daily/weekly KPI reports
- Take ownership of the data input into each sheet
* Monthly Board Packs
- Work with various departments and help develop new monthly slides/trackers
* Data Capture
- Ensure suppliers and customers are sending across data in the relevant timeframes
- Take ownership of the data input to ensure it is captured correctly and highlight and concerns/variances
* Indexations
- Capture the relevant indices and ensure the Indexation model is updated each week.
- Provide the business with a quarterly update surround all contracts.
