We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Propositions Manager. You will be responsible for developing the customer proposition, the strategy, the business plan, and the operational business for the Travel Money, Paypoint, and Asda ATM Cash Services Estate.
Responsibilities
1. Accountable for the business plan, internal and external metrics, sales plans, and profitability.
2. Select, manage, and develop bespoke, outsourced business models with partners that meet brand requirements and ROI expectations.
3. Research, identify, and evaluate potential demand and commercial return for product developments.
4. Develop and deliver strategies and plans, including budgeting, forecasting, management/review of performance, and responding to uncontrollable impacts.
5. Develop and deliver pricing and promotion strategies to achieve acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics.
6. Ensure the overall in-store and online customer experience, working in partnership with Retail.
7. Manage store installations/removals of Bureaux, Paypoint, and ATM through internal service providers.
8. Challenge existing Partners to deliver LCOM.
9. Leverage opportunities across current and existing UK markets.
