Facilitating access to learning through personalised approaches tailored to individual needs, both in one-on-one and group settings. Fostering independence among the students you support. Maintaining and updating individual student records and reports, working closely with class teachers and specialist staff. Supporting students in their residential settings and participating in classroom and curriculum activities, staff meetings, and other essential gatherings. Handling administrative tasks. Ensuring high standards of hygiene and welfare for students at home and in class.
