A small London-based organisation is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their busy team. Your new company My client is a small, London-based charity with offices in Zone 1 but which offers hybrid working to all staff. Your new role The role is a Finance Assistant on a temporary basis for 6–8 weeks. The role will include, but is not limited to: - Processing invoices, including helping to clear a backlog - Supplier statement reconciliations - Dealing with PO numbers - Dealing with supplier queries - Assisting with accounts receivable - Use of internal systems and Excel What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will need previous experience of Accounts Payable and Receivable. Experience with financial software packages and an intermediate level of Excel would also be desirable.
