1. Rent Collection for all property across the commercial, residential and ground rent portfolio. This responsibility will include
2. Preparation and Issuing of all of Rent Demands
3. Credit Control and advising on recovery of Rental Arrears
4. Assisting with Commercial Lettings, Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews across the portfolio as required
5. Management of the Ground Rent Portfolio. This includes all enquires, processing of Tenant Applications and preparing recommendations for approval by the Line Manager
6. Updating the Property Management Database (Qube)
7. Preparing Financial Reports as required by the Line Manager / Finance Team. This will include Arrears Reporting and Bespoke Reports from Qube.
8. Assisting with the Insurance Renewal and preparing Tenant Re Charges
9. Preparation of Service Charge Budgets
10. Reconciliation and administration of all Service Charges
11. Managing Contractors for Building Repairs within agreed budgets. Administrating the payment of Contractors.
12. Other duties as required by the Line Manager
