At Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, we’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing & Communications Executive to join our passionate team. What You’ll Do
As Marketing & Communications Executive, you’ll bring Glasgow’s business stories to life through innovative and engaging content. Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and execute digital content strategies that amplify Glasgow Chamber’s online presence and business community engagement.
* Craft compelling content to showcase Glasgow Chamber Membership, project initiatives and events & training portfolio across social media, emails, and website updates.
* Be the voice of our social media channels, connecting meaningfully with businesses, members, and stakeholders.
* Design branded presentations to communicate updates internally and externally to our various target audiences.
* Uphold brand standards and maintain a polished, professional brand image across all platforms.
* Assist in the smooth operation of the Marcomms department by managing and organising calendars and streamlining processes.
* Support any additional activities required by your line manager.

* Is a natural storyteller, with proven social media and digital content experience.
* Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Is a self-starter in a small, dynamic team.
* Is passionate about Glasgow and excited to contribute to its growth and success.
* Brings a creative spark and fresh ideas to every project.
* Understands the importance of attention to detail and deadlines in delivering high-quality work.
* Has a keen eye for detail and is confident working with brand guidelines.
Desirable:
* Previous experience in marketing, agency, or brand environments.
* Skills in photography, video editing, or email marketing via Mailchimp.
* An interest in social media analytics and digital performance metrics.
