About the Role As a Recruitment Associate at Four Squared, you’ll play a key role in connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities across various industries. Working closely with senior consultants, you will gain hands-on experience in every aspect of the recruitment process, developing the skills to grow into a fully-fledged consultant. Your key responsibilities will include: Candidate Sourcing and Screening Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. Conducting initial candidate screenings via CV reviews, phone interviews, and assessments. Building and maintaining a talent pipeline to ensure future staffing needs are met. Client Relationship Management Supporting senior consultants in nurturing strong client relationships. Understanding client requirements to match candidates effectively with job opportunities. Coordinating interviews and providing guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Business Development Researching potential clients and identifying new business opportunities. Assisting in preparing and delivering presentations to showcase our services. Collaborating with the sales team to create tailored solutions for clients. Administrative Support Managing candidate and client databases, scheduling interviews, and handling administrative tasks.
