Main duties of the job What You'll Do Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic conditions, including prescribing medication (if qualified and appropriate). Provide expert care for undifferentiated and complex cases, ensuring the best outcomes for patients. Deliver face-to-face consultations, urgent primary care, and onward referrals when needed.
