The Grand Royal Bistro in Waterfoot are recruiting for an Apprentice Commis Chef. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Commis Chef apprenticeship over the duration of 16 months.
Job Description:
• Supporting the kitchen by preparing and cooking food from fresh under supervision of the Head Chef.•
• Learning about legislation requirements
• Checking in stock and reporting stock levels
• Supporting team members during busy periods
• Communicating with the wide team inc bar staff,kitchen and management team
• Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene within their section
• Using a wide range of kitchen equipment
• Following recipes and producing food to a high standard.

Hours:
Wednesday - Sunday 11:00 - 10:00 (30 min lunch) 30 hours per week on a rota basis, 2 days off per week
