Talk to us about how we can best support you We're looking for a commercially-minded Finance Business Partner to join our Group Tech Finance team at Kingfisher. In this high-visibility role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across our Technology functions, influencing key decisions and driving performance. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of DigiTech, collaborating with stakeholders across the UK and Krakow. Business Partner the Group Technology and Data Leadership Team and Banners so that they: Understand the drivers of the IT cost base to allow early visibility of spend variances and allow reactive activity on a timely basis Understand any gaps to deliver required financial targets and deploy recovery plans if necessary Provide commercial and cost challenge to the business as required Develop and deploy the right strategic activities Understand the recharge to the banner from the activity incurred in Group Tech Lead the financial analysis to ensure the best decision making for key investment activities Make Group Tech costs (plans and actuals) visible and transparent to key partners in a clear, “non-financial” manner to identify actions to drive opportunities and mitigate risks and challenge business assumptions in forecasting and planning to improve the understanding of IT cost across Kingfisher Fully understand in flight and future projects to ensure spend on projects is correctly reported and forecasted. Preparation of business cases for Group Tech projects and linking these through to budgets and forecasts as well as post investment reviews. • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) • Significant business-facing or commercial finance experience working in a business partnering background.
