Receptionist Administrator Whitwick Business Centre, Coalville £12.43 - £12.64 Per Hour depending on experience We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist Administrator to join an established organisation located in Whitwick Business Centre, Coalville. Our client is looking for temporary Receptionist/Administrator cover. They need a friendly and organised person with excellent verbal communication skills to manage the front desk operations in our main corporate office site at Whitwick Business Centre, located in Coalville. On a daily basis you will also need to handle incoming calls and undertake business and administrative support tasks. Your attention to detail and ability to multi-task will ensure smooth daily operations. Days/Hours of Work Monday-Friday, for either mornings or afternoons working 21.5 hours per week Job Role: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to quickly build and maintain rapport with others Excellent customer care skills and the ability to deal with a varying range of visitors Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines Commitment to good administration and completion of tasks. Candidate requirements: Excellent interpersonal skills - able to quickly build and maintain rapport with a varying range of people. Experience of assembly or production work Good verbal and written communication skills.
