Who you are:
We are seeking a skilled/senior chiropractor who aligns with a holistic or vitalistic approach to care, depending on their expertise. The ideal candidate should focus on treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—by addressing root causes of health concerns through lifestyle factors such as nutrition, posture, and stress management. Alternatively, they may embrace a vitalistic philosophy, emphasizing the body’s innate intelligence and self-healing capabilities through precise spinal adjustments.
Compensation
* Self employed (experienced)
* Retainer can be put in place for bedding period of 10 weeks
Monthly compensation for:

* We are a busy, holistic chiropractic clinic in Rugby, England, and expanding business through Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and the East Midlands. Our approach is centered on providing compassionate, personalised care to patients of all ages, helping them with a wide range of conditions and health complaints.

About the role: Roles & Responsibilities, Patient Care, Requirements of the role
Patient Care
* Perform thorough assessments of patients’ medical histories disclosed to us by them, physical conditions, and concerns.
* Diagnose musculoskeletal conditions using manual evaluation, patient history, and, where necessary, imaging or other diagnostic tools.
* Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, including spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapies, and rehabilitative exercises.
* Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care practices to promote long-term wellness.
* Provide holistic health advice, including lifestyle, nutrition where appropriate and if knowledgeable, and posture recommendations.
Clinic Collaboration
* Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless patient care and share insights on treatment approaches.
* Contribute to creating a supportive, friendly, and professional environment for patients and staff.
* Participate in team meetings and case discussions to continuously improve service quality and outcomes.
Professional Development
* Stay updated with the latest chiropractic techniques, research, and advancements in holistic health.
* Attend training sessions, workshops, or conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.
Administrative Duties
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in line with legal and professional requirements.
* Work with the reception team to manage appointment schedules effectively.
* Uphold clinic policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of care and service.
Community Engagement
* Represent the clinic at community events, wellness fairs, or seminars to promote chiropractic care and build local connections.
* Build strong relationships with patients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
