Location: Farnham, Surrey
Salary: £33,074 - £50,470 per annum (COREM1-EXCELM3 (MPS/UPS)) + SEN1 allowance (£2,679)
The Role:

4. High expectations and shows a passionate commitment to developing the best in young people, with a relentless focus upon ensuring excellent attainment and outcomes
5. Has a record of successful working with parents as partners in learning
6. Experience of monitoring and evaluating teacher effectiveness in relation to standards and outcomes
7. Ability to track, monitor and analyse student data to provide intervention to support outcomes
8. Experience of developing ambitious, progressive and well sequenced Schemes of Learning
9. Effective use of assessment and attainment data to improve departmental standards and practices
10. An excellent knowledge of whole school reading strategies
11. The ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with students
12. Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people (References)
