4 Qubes is seeking a Furniture Design & Procurement Coordinator to join our team in London. In this role, you will work across our furniture projects—spanning kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living rooms. You will be responsible for developing detailed plans using our specialised furniture design software, liaising with our Italian suppliers to confirm orders, and ensuring seamless project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and refine furniture layouts using our design software for kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living rooms
* Collaborate with our Italian manufacturers to confirm orders, ensuring design accuracy and timely processing
* Coordinate project timelines and documentation between the design team, suppliers, and clients
* Assist with reviewing technical specifications and ensuring compliance with client requirements
* Provide support during the design phase and manage updates or modifications as needed
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in furniture design, interior design, or a related field
* Proficiency in design software (experience with furniture-specific programs is a plus)
* Strong organisational and communication skills to manage supplier relationships and project details
* Attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
