WHAT TO EXPECT
We are pursuing an accomplished Manager, poised to play a pivotal role in advancing our Strategy, Business Operations and Planning realm.
You will be reporting to the Director of IDT Engineering and working with the Digital Engineering First line to create and support activities that contribute to the maturity of the strategy, culture, people, processes and communication. This role works closely with the IDT Engineering First line to create visibility and engagement across all levels in the organisation.
You will be at the forefront of the Vision, Mission and Strategy of IDT Engineering and will require a mixture of operational, tactical and strategic activities.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
1. Manage the engagement processes and inputs with stakeholders ranging from IDT Leadership to Board Engagement
2. Support the development and maturity of the IDT Engineering brand through events and communications plans
3. Developing strategic operating plans to meet IDT Engineering objectives and priorities
4. Deputise for the IDT Engineering Director and First Line where appropriate
5. Establish processes that support the maturity of performance across delivery, finance management and governance
6. Collaborate with the First Line to develop an approach for Federation, Operating Model, Standards and Spec
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
7. Operational planning and execution management experience in a digital environment
8. Demonstrated clear leadership experience working in complex teams
9. Preferable experience working as an individual contributor
10. Able to facilitate the resolution of complex cross-functional issues
11. Previous experience working with distributed teams would be desirable
