Accounts & Audit Senior – Accountancy Practice, ACA/ACCA Qualified
£35 - £45,000 pa + Company benefits
Hybrid working, 2 days WFH / 3 days office-based (Worcester)
25 days holiday (plus banks = 33 total)
Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Role Summary:
* We are looking for an ACA/ACCA qualified Accounts & Audit Senior with experience in general practice, working on all aspects of a client’s accountancy and taxation requirements.
* The primary objective of the role is to deal with a portfolio of clients on a day-to-day basis, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and providing accounting support.
In Detail:
* Preparation of accounts for limited companies, partnerships & sole traders
* Dealing with day-to-day queries in an efficient and timely manner
* Completion of annual company and charity audits
* Preparation of self-assessment tax returns for clients in the portfolio
* Providing support and guidance to junior members of the team, where required
Is This You?
* ACA/ACCA qualified and/or qualified by experience of preparing financial statements and conducting audits within an accountancy practice
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
* Financial Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation knowledge
