The Role:
* Handle incoming calls and schedule jobs for repairs and installations.
* Provide engineers with accurate job sheets and timesheets.
* Keep clients informed with regular updates on job progress.
* Update client contract terms via the CRM database.
* Raise purchase orders for subcontractors.
* Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure smooth operations.
* Track and manage job progress to meet deadlines.
The Candidate:
* Proven experience in administration (essential).
* Exceptional customer service skills-you'll be the key point of contact for clients.
* A natural ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Experience in engineer scheduling (a bonus, but not required).
What's in It for You?
* Starting salary of £26,000, increasing to £27,332.80 after 6 months.
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days with service-and your birthday off!
