Account Management Executive
Our rapidly growing Hereford based client is seeking an Account Management Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will join a busy team of ambitious and service driven professionals, responsible for supporting the sales team whilst maintaining strong customer centric relationships.

What you will be doing:
1. Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively
2. Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, building positive relationships
3. Offering support to external/internal sales professionals, assisting with quoting and admin-based tasks to aid efficiency
4. Interacting positively with customers following-up quotations and order processing
5. Working with the sales team, to develop opportunities, ensuring all opportunities are followed through
6. Assisting with in-bound calls and enquiries
What we are looking for:
1. Prior administration experience within a sales environment
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively
3. Ability to work within a small driven team
4. Experience of working across multiple systems including ERP systems and CRM sales tools
