Job Description
1. Oversee the entire Accounts Receivable process.
2. Manage a small team of finance professionals.
3. Produce accurate and timely financial reports.
4. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
6. Implement strategies to reduce debtor days.
7. Ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with company policies.
8. Participate in the development of department goals and strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful AR Manager should have:
1. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry.
3. Excellent leadership skills.
4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in finance software and MS Office.
