GRG are partnering with a well-established legal services firm in North Birmingham area, who are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support the Private Client and Family Law Partners. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, friendly team dedicated to providing high-quality legal services in the local community.
This is a permanent, full-time office based role, paying between £24,000 - £26,000.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing comprehensive secretarial support to the Private Client and Family Partners, including preparing and managing legal documentation.
* Managing and maintaining client files and records accurately and efficiently.
* Assisting with diary management, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
* Handling correspondence, calls, and emails professionally and promptly.
* General office administration, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
* Reception duties, greeting clients, answering queries, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is essential, ideally within Private Client or Family Law.
* Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
* Professional and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice software.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a small office environment.
