JOB SUMMARYThe Employee Relations Partner, a crucial element of the larger people team, is in charge of assisting in the delivery of a professional people service across all directorates and regions. The position assists all business leaders in developing their people management skills through coaching and guidance to ensure they lead colleagues fairly, legally, and consistently, adhering to policy, best practises, and employment laws. It does this by providing proactive and timely case management for all business leaders.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
1. Develop and implement medium- to long-term people-related solutions that are in line with company strategy in the areas of Resolutions (conduct and conflict) or Health & Wellbeing (increasing attendance) in close collaboration with executives across all of our operational regions.
