Job Description
Key Responsibilities -
* Tenant Relations & Agreements:Act as the main contact for tenants, handling enquiries, disputes, and managing tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations.
* Inspections & Compliance:Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
* Rent & Financial Oversight:Monitor rent collection, address arrears, and prepare financial reports on property income and expenses.
* Health & Safety Compliance:Ensure properties meet legal safety standards, arranging necessary assessments and certifications.
* Client & Stakeholder Communication:Provide regular updates to landlords, tenants, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent reporting.
* Legal & Regulatory Compliance:Stay informed on lettings legislation and ensure all properties comply with UK property laws and regulations.
Requirements -
1. Driving Licence & Own Car :A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required, as the role involves regular site visits across Ilkley and Leeds.
2. Communication & Organisation:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise workload, and maintain accurate records.
