Citadel Source, a leading, Bristol based finance recruitment agency, are looking to hire a committed, organised and personable Operations Lead for our Bristol based HQ. This role will work alongside our co-founders and wider staff to support the continued growth of the business. This role will be challenging, fast-paced and different every day, but it also has a number of set tasks to complete every week, so it will suit someone who enjoys process, but can also work independently and think outside of the box. The role will be hugely varied, incorporating administration, finance, marketing and customer service.
About you
You will be a motivated, hardworking, friendly individual, with some experience working within an office environment who thrives in a fast-paced role. You will have exceptional organisational skills and enjoy solving challenges and working closely with a high performing sales function to drive efficiency and performance. You will be comfortable working in an office environment (flexible hours can be offered) and will be able to prioritise your workload around your hours to deliver exceptional outcomes to the business. This role may also suit someone who has ambitions to grow within the business, as the role will grow in scope, challenge (and remuneration and responsibility) for the right person.
The role
The role will be broad in responsibility with elements ranging from administration, compliance, finance, marketing, and offering friendly and understanding customer service to our clientele.
As Operations Lead your role will include but not be limited to:
* Providing admin/sales support to the sales team and management
* Offering customer support to both Citadel’s clients and candidates
* Assisting with onboarding new customers (compliance)
* Supporting with delivery of client terms and documentation in a timely manner
* Management and oversight of internal data and CRM database management
* Preparation of a range of reports and customer analysis
* Processing sales orders, including raising invoices and requesting purchase orders and other financial administration duties. (training will be offered by in-house Finance Director)
* Assist in the management of customer accounts, including order processing, tracking, and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
* Assisting with marketing duties including supporting and tailoring emails to clients and candidates and social media posts (including LinkedIn)
* Being first point of contact for the business by answering and fielding incoming calls
* Other ad-hoc duties and project requirements
