Sales Administrator - Burscough - Permanent - Up to £26k per annum (DOE)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our well-established manufacturing client based in Burscough. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a high level of service for customers.
Duties will include:
1. Taking telephone/email enquiries from new and existing customers
2. Receiving orders via email and processing onto Sage 50 (up to 60 orders a week)
3. Uploading some orders onto the relevant customers' portal
4. Booking deliveries in on the Pallet Network portal and calling customers back to book them in
5. Raising sales invoices on Sage 50
6. Speaking with freight forwarders to organise export deliveries and create invoices
7. Dealing with aftersales queries such as damages and shortages - investigating these with warehouse/courier and raising credits
8. Reporting sales weekly on Excel, exporting data from Sage and using V-Look Ups
Working hours:
1. Monday to Thursday (9am-5pm)
2. Friday (9am-1pm)
