Contract Support Administrator (Facilities Scheduler)
Location: Birmingham Business Park, B37
Hours: Variable between 8AM – 6PM (Monday – Friday), 40 hours per week
Salary: £26,000 per annum

As a Contract Support Administrator (Facilities Scheduler), you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients operations run smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support for various contracts.
Preparing and sending job quotes for cleaning and pest control services.
Updating client portals with the latest information.
Scheduling mobile teams for on-site jobs.
Managing payroll and processing timesheets.
Creating and processing worksheets efficiently. What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar administrative/scheduling role.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience within maintenance. Desirable Experience:
