With an established operation the brand is renowned for the quality of its products, so this is a perfect opportunity for someone with a background working within a national brand. Role As CRM Executive you will play a key role in assisting the senior team in defining the brands CRM strategy that is their key customer communication channel. Working in a small team that has complete autonomy over the channel this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to drive an area how they see best and use their knowledge and experience to deliver against key CRM targets. With each campaign individual and targeted you will have a history of analysing data to be able to drive campaign direction and improve engagement leading to bottom line figures. This a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Executive who wants an opportunity to take on more responsibility and be able to work towards a CRM Manager role within a couple of years. The successful CRM Executive will be both creative and analytical and is looking for a great culture and environment to belong too. Essential Skills : 2-3 years’ experience working in a CRM role. Be passionate about the Retail sector, ideally having experienced the market Experience of CRM Campaign design and delivery End to end delivery experience with this being a hands-on position. A background of creating engaging and exciting campaigns that capture the imagination. Excellent understanding of Analytics and using data to help shape business and campaign decisions.
