The University is embarking on a new and ambitious strategic plan and the Transformation Office is responsible for driving complex change initiatives that will have a profound impact on both University operations and ways of working. As the Portfolio Planning and Risk Management Officer, you will play a key role in supporting senior leaders across the University in the delivery of a transformational change portfolio. Working as an integral member of the Transformation Office’s Delivery Assurance Team, you will use your extensive knowledge and experience of planning and risk management principles to lead on the development of the centre of excellence provision in these areas. This will involve defining and implementing a framework tailored to requirements, providing specialist advice and consultancy support to ensure consistency of adoption and assuring the ongoing adherence across all change programmes. You will provide scrutiny and positive challenge across key initiatives, dealing with complex information, to ensure that agreed methods, processes and tools are consistently applied and tailored where appropriate.
