Alchemy is collaborating with a reputable moving and removals firm in Hatfield that is searching for a Corporate Move Manager to join their seasoned team.
Responsibilities of the Corporate Move Manager include, but are not limited to:
* Responding quickly to incoming calls and emails.
* Offering customised relocation and removals quotes for both local and international transfers.
* Investigating the quotes for removals.
* Gather and report consumer input in order to guarantee that best practices are acknowledged and upheld.
* Booking in removal operations and ensuring the customer has a smooth move.
* Setting up delivery, pickup, and storage inspections.
* In compliance with the company's policies, provide removal customers with assistance and solutions.
* Additional as needed ad hoc tasks.
Requirements of the Move Manager:
* It is necessary to have prior expertise in the removals sector, ideally with corporate and/or international experience.
* A really good phone manner.
* A diligent work ethic and polished demeanor.
* Great time management.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* As you interact with clients, be personable and courteous while paying attention to their issues.
* Tenacious mindset and capacity to function both independently and in a team under supervision.
* Proficient with computers and well-versed in Microsoft products.
